We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing or product descriptions), and to change or update information at any time without prior notice—even after an order has been placed.

Protect Our Brand:
All trademarks, logos, product names, and designs associated with Hue and Coil are the intellectual property of the business. We actively protect our brand identity and pursue unauthorized use.

Monitor and Restrict Use:
We may monitor user activity on our site and take action—including restricting access—if any behavior violates our Terms, privacy standards, or applicable laws. We do not tolerate bullying or harassment of any kind. Failure to comply will result in termination of service to you.

Hue and Coil offers high-quality, unique quilling pieces on canvas for your home or office space. All of our products are custom-made.

4. Orders and Shipping

Orders are placed via our Etsy store.

We ship internationally. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in your country.

Shipping Issues:

5. Payments

We accept secure online payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways as listed at checkout. All payments must be received in full before the order is processed.

Currencies:
Orders are processed in [AUD] unless otherwise stated. Conversion rates may apply depending on your payment provider.

Payment Terms:
Payments must be made on the day of purchase. We currently do not offer payment plans.

6. Refund and Return Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every order. If you're not happy with your purchase, please read our return policy below:

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Contact support before returning any item.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. This is in addition to our change-of-mind policy below.

For change-of-mind returns, please provide a brief explanation for our records.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us with photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the product. In such cases, shipping charges may be refunded.

Our organization does not welcome or engage with unsolicited communications from marketing agencies, sales representatives, or third-party vendors attempting to promote products or services without prior contact or permission. These types of messages are considered intrusive and disruptive to our operations. All such unsolicited outreach, including cold emails, direct messages, sales calls, and unrequested promotional materials, will be disregarded and may be reported or blocked as appropriate.

All content on the Hue and Coil website—including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs—is the property of Hue and Coil and is protected by copyright laws. Use or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
